Question about my first Cartier

Just got my first Cartier today but I'm not sure if it's real, it was a gift and I paid absolutely nothing for it. however I can't seem to find anything about this particular watch on the Internet. On the back is what I believe is the reference number it states "90266CD". I tried to research this particular watch but didn't find too much about it. I was hoping one of the experts here could tell. Sorry for poor picture quality, and thank you in advance!

i tried to find the movement online and all I could find was rep pictures but I noticed a lot of the movements I seen had engravings, and this one didn't. Well either way it's a decent watch and thank you!

No problem. There are probably many variations of this watch gen or rep.

Notice on this gen the date font is straight up and down and not slanted like some reps are.
