I'm looking for a PVD with a Sandwich dial superlumed even if this is not correct. What numbers should I be looking for? Thanks for any help.

Davidsen has a PVD 111 with sandwich dial in his section right now. It is really a PAM 004 with sandiwich dial if you get a closed case back.
He's current superlumed offer is the 183 Black Seal... not aware of any david's PVD that comes with superlumed dial... However, You can always relume the sandwich dial yourself. It's relatively easy and that's a mod you should seriously consider.
If you are looking for davidsen's rep that close to the gen, I would suggest getting 004. His movement has no swan neck but I can guarantee you that it's a reliable and good movement with long power reserve (60+ hours).
