Hi PureTime Team,

I order a several times over the last year and I’m satisfied with you and your service.

I ordered a watch a few weeks ago and the parcel is shipped on 09/24. No Information since then about the parcel. 61 one days so far. I know the current lockdown in China is responsible for the delay.

I’m in contact with your shipment department and know I’m asked to reship the Order.

Is the Parcel lost? Ist a special sourced Watch not listed regular on PureTime, took to weeks to get it from Factory
