I've just caught up on this. The sheer tone of entitlement was palpable, really something. How you can continue to defend yourself in a losing battle dragging further "friends" and "third parties" in to defend your narrative is pure comedy. I need to get myself some lawyer friends so I can show them off on the internet

Yes you did press a lot of buttons and also added to the amount of reports the staff get. These guys work their arses off voluntarily. What they deserve along with a big shiny medal is respect and they do not need members telling them what they should or should not do and they certainly do not need an extra workload generated by reports about certain members. It is a far more difficult job than the membership know and we do it for free. The core of RWI is about protecting the members. Many other platforms do not give a flying toss about the membership, we do.
You were exaggerating with the 50m thing, I get that, I read the whole thread but you said it and we retain the right and privilege to take the piss out of you for it. You also need to understand the reasons why we will ban people who talk about taking a rep into an AD. It brings undue attention to a hobby that we would rather has little or no attention. I personally hate the fake vs reps posts on YouTube. There are reps all over social media. All of these bring attention to an illegal hobby that we want to see well into the future and not shut down.
I am not blind and I know reps have become a lot more mainstream since I started partaking in this incredible hobby. However look what that stupid QC tool alone from reddit did to the hobby. People started rejecting rep watches for minuscule and ignorant reasons. TDs ended up returning them and hence the price went up. TDs have told me this is the number one reason for the price hikes. You claim to have been called out for wearing fakes. In my experience here that only happens to people who shove their reps in peoples faces claiming they are real. So people bring it on themselves. In my personal experience people do not comment and those that do believe they are real. I explain to them ad nauseam until their eyes gloss over that they are fake, why they are fake and why I wear fake watches. I have found it is more effective than hypnosis for putting people to sleep.
The rules: they are rules made to keep a hobby as safe as possible for the members here. There is no legalese just common sense. They have evolved over time. They are not made by legal experts and are written in straight forward language in so much as possible. They are not meant to be defended in a court of law. Their only goal is to keep the community safe. The interpretation of these rules is left open to the sales mods no one else. It is an illegal hobby in most countries so why do the rules need to adhere to the rigours of the justice system?
I have read over your contributions. What I am getting in general is you are actually passionate about this hobby. However I also gleamed that you came in here with some preconceived notions and about RWI in particular about its staff team. It appeared that you just did not like what we do here and how we do it. That is your prerogative but sharing it openly with people I know that work their arses off to assist members is a real slap in the face.
I believe you are contrite in your apology. Furthermore I have seen the PM you have shared with @mclarendude which further expressed your apology and wish and desire to be part of this community. I like to take things at face value. If you are bullshitting I think you know at this stage that you will be thrown out without a moments thought.
So here is my proposal. I am prepared to unlock the doors under certain conditions.
1. You spend time getting to know the history of this hobby.
2. You spend time understanding the ethos of RWI and know why we do what we do.
3. We accept criticism but there is no need to express it so dogmatically so bear that in mind.
4. Before you wade in to a thread with your size 10 welly boots have a think before you post. Will this cause offence in any way? Do I really need to get involved? Do I have the knowledge to get involved?
5. I see above that you expressed a desire to support the forum through buying a Patron membership. Please refrain from doing this until you know you really want to be here and you can accept the rationale and decisions of the staff team.
If you are willing to agree to the above let me know and I will release you into the general populous once more.

I have read and understand all of what you’ve said @C Master. I appreciate the time to reply. I just want to point out that I did in no way shape or form mean to be sarcastic any of the questions I’ve asked in the threads, whether that was the “why can’t we wear our watches to AD’s” or “why can’t we post DMs in threads” when someone thinks they got scammed. I was genuinely curious on all accounts.
Further more, I do appreciate all of you. Even the members and the ones who are up front and “talk shit” (don’t mean it in a bad way). I’m an easy going guy and love to joke and get to know people. I might’ve been a little too early in my “sarcastic” replies, not knowing some of these members long enough. Some of which I’ve come to know and who I trust, and who trust me.
I did DM McLarenDude to apologize since I was muted from DMing anyone and posting on this thread. I did sincerely want to say it, and wasn’t expecting to be released from here. That being said, if I am released I will do better to backoff of threads and to reply only when needed. I admit I have taken things too far.

And yes I also apologize about the multiple accounts. I meant to only create one to see what was going on with my original account. I didn’t receive any emails or notifications online to tell me I was an inmate. I just thought RWI was down but realized that wasn’t the case when I created the second account.

I also just read this, i must’ve missed it and I apologize. I’m currently traveling.
I am as passionate as the next guy on here. And I love the vast wealth and knowledge a lot of the members bring to the table. I respect this trade and the moderators as I’ve said so in the last. I never meant anything bad towards the mods or the RWI team. I know you guys are on top of your game and protect all of us. I was just genuinely trying to contribute my opinion. Which I either should’ve taken to the DMs or stayed out of it. I was just trying to protect the future new guy who might’ve not known certain things about selling/buying etc. no harm on my end, and I apologize once more sincerely.
