PAM212, SS Bracelet

Waited a good 2 month to find someone with the SS bracelet. Paid extra to get it here fast when i found one last week.

Man i was exiting to finally put my PAM212 on a SS bracelet

Too bad the damn thing doesn't fit.

I was devastated

Looks like the little tabs of the bracelet doesn't let the watch sit against the casing close enough or the holes are to far out (of the bracelet) :facepalm:

Since the PAM212 is a 44mm Luminor.

Oh well i'll just get a nice black croco mat strap... Any recommendation?

It would fit if i change the curve of the bracelet. I do not have the tools to do that. Another option would be to get the 2 end peice with no holes, and simply drill holes into them to correspond with the PAM212. I have no idea if its even possible to get 2 end links with no holes.

Contacted the seller on Repgeek. I will probably just sell the bracelet and get myself a nice black croco strap with deployment.

Maybe this is an excuse to get an Omega seamaster chrono on ss bracelet...

Well, the 212 is a 44mm Luminor, but it's a 1950 style 44mm case, which is very different in shape from a "normal" Luminor case (as you now know).

No grudge against them, but not that impress with RG. Seems theirs a big attitude issue from 'elite' members toward 'new' members there. Oh and that +250 post count rule to be able to sell anything... and as soon you post anything it gets deleted under 'spam'......

Glad this forum is different, and i'll stick to here from now on (Oh No!!!).

Oh well i'm in contact with the seller, although i doubt he cares much (even though he said it would fit). I'll just resell it here when i can.

Good excuse to get a Seamaster hehe
