Solid case back for 42mm CrPO

Hello everyone,

I am planning to buy a 42mm Noob CrPO and I would like to change the case-back with a solid one.
I was thinking to buy a genuine solid case back but I don't know if it will fit without any changes to the case.
Does anyone know if this is possible ?

phew. thats a lot of money to spend for a piece of metal.
id rather just get a Rep LMPO if it bothered me that much.

i wouldnt mind a solid case back but im not about to spend $200 bucks on it.
