Overseas MKF vs 8F factory overseas on a rubber strap - which is better?

Hi All,

Recently explored for myself an overseas VC model. However, JTIME and Puretime list same watch yet made of different factories. Honestly, i cannot tell much difference except of 100$ in price.. Would you mind helping in exploring what are the differences?

MKS seems to have better date wheel, the font fit the unique window shape while 8F seems to use date wheel from existing part.

8F have somewhat of a sunburst dial.
mkf have same textured as gen.
I also go with mkf

and what i mean for is the blue dial one only, not the white and black textured dial
