So glad I didn't get one of these.. went to every retailer in London some months ago and every single one was sold out

Yeah, I didn't look that hard but would have bought a couple as collectibles as soon as they became available. Then they changed their intent (or, did they?) and it has remained a limited availability item. I think they look OK and don't diminish the value or prestige of the original archetype, it's something different, for different audience and everyone knows. By now it has revealed itself as the piece of plastic, pardon, bioceramic, every swatch is. My opinion so far, + for design (not much you can do wrong there), + for marketing, big - for build quality.
Would love to hear if your opinions changed.
