DW Daytona

Well I just got my DW Gold Daytona from m2m sales. I believe the original build was done by Hsmooth. The watch looks great but the plating was worn on the crown. Luckily I had a gen crown ready for install. I also replaced the brown band with a black one that i also already had.


The movement is a work of art.


Gen crown installed and old one on the crystal.

Thanks Rudy. It wears big but I have girly wrists 6.50. It's a perfect size dress watch.

Hsmooth, where did the dial come from? The only place I can find this dial is ND trading and there prices are ridiculous.

The rotor was removed so its hand wind like gen. Also not sure the rotor would fit with the case back.

But there's no probs to charge an automatic caliber like a manual ?
The spring charge it's different. The manual wind calibers don't have a hard spring of charge ?
