I’ve sent a few emails to chazing time and there was no response from them with regards to my email to service the watch and change a watch dial (I paid for a ZF 15500 but was given a MP factory AP 15500) in short after negotiating with them they were willing to change the watch dial for me but not change the watch for me.
Initially they were responsive but subsequently they didn’t respond to my emails for about 2 weeks. The postal service attempted 2 failed deliveries with the address they provided me.
Really saddened by chazing time’s poor quality of services
