Well.. we are opening a new section here on RWI called GUG.... The idea came from Seanf and he has committed to writing reviews about watches you can obtain for under a $1000....

This is fantastic, thank you. For someone like me who really appreciates different watches, but doesn't yet have the knowledge of where to find the more obscure names, this is a godsend. I really like the reps, but don't want to limit myself either. Thanks again.

Well, that's the idea. Since we're spending so much on reps, it means that we're (a) cost-conscious; but (b) into bright, shiny things that look cool. And I've begun to notice that there are some really cool GUGs out there.

GUG posts are a great idea. I have several Accutron, Casio, Pulsar, Skagen, Tommy Bahama, Swatch, Le Chateau, Timex, Nike, and 24 Fossils! I will be posting all of these over the next few days. Hope you like.

i like this idea, there are tons of very good watches out there for as much or less than some of these reps. i am constantly amazed at the quality of watches out there for under 1,000.00. hell man, i gave 86.00 plus shipping for my orange seiko monster on ss brand new. there isn't a rep made that will hold a candle to it.
