I mentioned earlier that my genuine 5004 starts to change the date between 22 and 23. I checked it last night and until 23, I don't see any displacement of the current date number. Right after 23, it starts. It should not bother any rep owner though

Often the AD's have super white lighting so it may be tough to judge. The guys with the gen dials have stated they are very close in color.

I had the GEN 5001-14 dial and believe me the difference was minimal!!! On the 3714 the difference is more noticable, but 5001 GEN vs REP Dial is minimal...but existing. It is all in the eye if the beholder, remember we are all looking at superimposed pics in perfect lighting...30x magnification does not exist in the real world....

It might be just that lighting is playing the trick at AD. Because i am very certain that Dial is more yellow gold than my ZF dial. But I'm happy with it anyhow, just wanted to know how you guys think about it as well.

Has it been on your wrist for 24 hours? Why don't you put it on a table and come back after a longer period of time and see what's up.

@DRBAFC: the hype is raising the prices... That's too much for me, I can live with the rep dial.

@markiemark: why? What are they telling us in this article? They tell us they're showing us a link to a gen wathc. I think this is a wishlist, not more. It took them 6 years to rep a movement with working PR at the correct position and non recessed date wheel. It will tkae another 20 years until they are able to rep a year calendar movement... So stay cool. :laugh:

Basically from what I understand ZF is in process repping this IW5035 SIHH 2015 model. Said out soon. (which i think will take couple of months like the 5001)
