If you are looking for a perfect H series you will need to wait just a little longer.

The new movements should have the fat pam style adjuster arrow like the picture below.

Not the easiest one to spot, I agree. The difference is that the Eddie Lee's Chinese 6497 with working S/N regulator comes with the adjustment needle that looks like a 'spike', while the real Swiss ETA 6497 with working S/N regulator comes with the needle reminiscent of a 'dagger', as the pic from paneristi.com Pugwash included above, shows.

Careful Eddie,
the photo Higgy listed above is the photo of the watch River had on special 2 weeks ago for $239 (5 pieces only), which he listed as Swiss ETA with working S/N...also check the serial number, that must have been special edition or similar... :)
