Not the easiest one to spot, I agree. The difference is that the Eddie Lee's Chinese 6497 with working S/N regulator comes with the adjustment needle that looks like a 'spike', while the real Swiss ETA 6497 with working S/N regulator comes with the needle reminiscent of a 'dagger', as the pic from paneristi.com Pugwash included above, shows.
