Hi all,

I need some assistance to identify a Datejust 116234. Read somewhere that it might be a "Silver Bulls-eyes"? Here's a picture of the watch.

I saw this watch and fell in love with the vintage-ish look of it:woot:
Can anyone help with a TD that might carry this particular model? Have tried looking through a couple of them but to no avail...
Thanks very much.

Cheers

Closest I could find looking quickly. Email your pic to a couple of TDs they'll let you know if they can get it.

I saw that when i checked Timeshop too, but the colour combination is quite the opposite and looks nowhere near as good :(

Nice chart. The watch in question looks like dial in the middle of the row second from the bottom (13/116208-43).

FWIW, the picture above has way too much red in it and thus makes the watch and dial look like it is a different color than silver. Look at the person's skin - way too red or the guy has a horrible sun burn. :)

that dial is silver on silver (don't know the nickname for it though) and it's present in both DJ and DJII

edit to add a pic with correct light

It´s called "white tuxedo" and it´s a dial only present on the newer Datejusts (when I say "newer" please read the models with polished lugs, SELs, and rehaut engraving.)

...So, the pic you posted, is like somebody have added that dial to an old Datejust with the non-SEL and hollow bracelet.

I have one myself, 116234, but without the Roulette Datewheel yet:
