Need advice--PAM 127 1950

I am trying to decide which "fiddy" to purchase. I was thinking of going with the Watcheden PAM ($368): http://www.watcheden.com/panerai-lu...-eta-6497-swan-neck-movement-i-38630-p-1.html

--It says Swiss ETA movement, I have been reading and it looks like none of them are true Swiss.

Other choice, puretime PAM 127E I would upgrade the LUME ($258):

I am concerned about movement and LUME. I am also going to buy a new strap. What are your thoughts? Thanks
