I was not sure which factory's product would be best or available for the model I wanted.
After reading the reviews, I asked Lucy. She exceeded my expectations.
The process from order to receipt is as follows:
27th February order
1st March payment made
2nd March received QC
22nd May Shipped out
30th May received
There seems to have been a delay between QC and shipping, but this is due to my request photos of the movement and, there were lockdown in China. Perhaps she put safety first.
She also contacted me every week or two to check on the progress, even though I had not requested it. Even if it took longer, a simple communication would be reassuring.
The package I received was perfectly packed. And of course, its contents.
I am very satisfied with the result and I thank Lucy once again.
To be able to sell a watch of this workmanship for around $500 is intimidating.
