Issue with InTime Datejust 2 advice

Hi, What do you guys think of this. I ordered this off Intime.
What I got in the mail was a broken watch. The Rolex logo was off completely on the clasp, the clasp has a major scratch on it and the clasp is that hard to open that I broke half my nail getting it off the first time. Not only this but it is very very sharp. I messaged Ryan but most likely wont get a response until tomorrow. I wont lie, I am very disappointed about what arrived in the mail - considering the whole process took over 30 days.
Whats the most annoying is that there was a delay in the first place for the watch - I got it a month after ordering, the delay was for him saying the clasp was faulty...yet he sent a faulty clasp...

This is the email reply I got back about delay due to bad clasp before he sent it.
Hi

There is a problem of the clasp of the Datejust.I will change it and show you asap.

Please check the sub and two boxes.

Yup you should message and email Ryan about this issue mate, and I do believe Ryan will sort it out, either way in the end you will get your watch, just be patience.

how do you upload pics on here? It isn't letting me and when I copy and paste it times out.

Well the major let down for me was there was a delay because he said the clasp was not great and faulty....it looks like he sent it to me anyway despite the delay.

Thanks mate, well I ordered a month ago and only just got it...so a large delay. He said the clasp was faulty so had to fix the problem....and what arrived was a broken clasp

If I'm not mistaken, Ryan won't send the watch if you don't accept the QC.
