I did a quick search to see if there was another Phil G, there ain't.
To be honest my watch related contributions are somewhere between zero and nothing. I need this place as a small piece of sanctuary. Much of my time is spent looking after young children placed in our care by social services. Many have suffered neglect, abandonment and abuse by their families, it's heart breaking.
I look for things to put a smile on my face and to realise there are more good people than bad in this world.
On this Forum we have many good people who are united by a common interest in watches, I learn from them everyday.
