Hi Guys,

I'm having trouble deciding between the AP ROO Diver V7 and the V6S 114060 Submariner (No-date).

The problem is that I have pretty skinny wrists (6.25" male) and I'm afraid the ROO Diver sits too big. However, I just saw a watch review of the Submariner and he mentions it sits more like a 42mm ROO because of the increased size of the case (compared to vintage submariners). On the other hand I also watched a review of the ROO and he said it sits more like a 44mm :S

Does anyone have any hands-on experience with the two? What would you guys suggest?

The 40mm submariner fits my 6-inch wrist comfortably.

I've got a 36mm Royal Oak that looks as big as the sub does (on my wrist).

Hope this assists.

Russ1965, would you happen to have a wristshot of the submariner?

Let me help you with these pics. I got the same wrist size and I love both of those two. They do sit differently, the 114060 being thinner wears really good for small wrist. The ap diver wears smaller for its size. My 114060 is not the v6s version though.

Yup, go get both, flip the one you don't like. I think you'll love them both. In terms of accuracy, I guess the ap diver is closer to gen.

I have a 7.25" wrist and consider the AP diver too big. The 114060 is perfect though

Same boat dude, I have skinny wrists too and wish I could pull off bigger watches. The AP Royal Oaks are just too long lug to lug wise because of their design. The older 36mm Royal Oaks are ok though. But yeah the new Sub is alright, I've worn it before on my wrist also about 6.25".
