Alright everyone.. I decided to do some pictures of my watches. Since I had to change the date over on most, I figured why not. I usually clean my watches on the day I change the date over, however I am super under the weather. So I figured it was not the best timing. Anyways, They were taken on my iPhone 6. Some of them came out great! Others blah. I promise to make a nice completion on day with my DSLR of my favorites. Some of the pics will have a little about them, as some of my watches mean a great deal to me. I have a bunch of random watches, so here they are. First, I'll do a group shot!
Now, I have another watch box that houses my bracelets and other things. This I did not take a picture of the inside, however once my collection grows a bit I will use this box again. My mom got me this some time ago, with one of my favorite quotes on top of it. It is from Things Remembered and says "Try not to become a man of success, but rather a man of value." Anyone know who said it!? They couldn't squeeze in his name they said.. Otherwise it would be on here..
Now here's some close ups of every watch! I also took some pictures of the lady's watches as well, as well they are in the box as well!
First: No stranger. This is my second watch I have owned (first one was a cheap one when I was about 10..). This is the Nixon Lodown. It has the tides etc. I wore it everyday for three-four years straight. It has seen some awesome things, from diving, surfing, shark swimming, and everything else a teenage boy would do. I wore it actually until I met my then girlfriend now turned Mrs. She has bought me several of these pieces! This does not see much wrist time, as I do not want it to further break. However it is some 8 years old. maybe 9.
Next is the first watch she bought me. It will always be one of my favorites as well.
Now onto just other ones in the box!

Inlaws bought me this citizen! Really like it.

My First rep. Just repaint the screws on bezel. Actually bought this after seeing a youtube video. Ended up buying through AE as a payment source. Turned out pretty good. I was super worried, and this turned out better then I thought. Only paid like $85 I think for it. Its a VK quartz.
First TD rep after finding this forum. Got this from bowen. Still, one of my favorites.

This is a special piece to me as well. I do not wear it, due to just that. It was my grandfathers. I have two of his watches, and I will probably never wear them. They are all I have left of him besides some pictures and memories. (Thats one of the people prayer cards you saw on the shelf in one of the first pictures.)

The winders and box were all pretty good priced. I didn't want to spend a lot on them yet as I am not settled down on location. Once I do, I will make it fit in with our furniture in my office
