One more thing. If that slight round in the number bothers you , go buy a GEN. That round inner circle is soooo worth $29k

Lol.

Seriously I think this watch is not worth the asking price at all unless u already own like 10 other high end watches.

I'm surprised that a lot of people on TRF seem to buy them though.

I have friends with AP's. We had a great time at Brewhaus. No one knew my Panda was a rep. A few of my friends even asked about my 372 from the day before.

If you pay 30k for this watch you better drive your Aventador to Fashion Island. Make sure I don't see you. I'll be laughing all the way back as I wear the rep.

Funny cuz I have a friend with a Ferrari (but not 458 or higher) wearing a fake diver.

But yes Aventador would be apropos.

One thing surprising I noticed about people on online forums with multiple watches above 30k is that they usually drive mundane cars.
I think this is just a self selected crowd who spends more as a percentage of their net worth on watches compared to others.

1- Most of you live in places where AP is unknown
2- Contrary to Mr Drew, AP on 57 the is polluted with morons. I was there a couple of weeks ago. Very disappointing.
3- Unless your eyes are those of a super hero, you'll never be able to see these flaws under normal eye length.

So Mr Drew. Tell your buddy that next time he comments on my Bentley,it will cost him his job. If it wasn't him, spread the word. The dopey constriction walls are no excuse.

:classic::classic:

I missed you, BMW760. Nice that you are back and still in excellent form.

Agree with u guys that 50 is a small issue.
I bought the FC diver (h fac and the v3) and I think the reps look fantastic.
V4.1 is fantastic as well.

I'm sure none of us really needs to correct these minute flaws for anything other than selling them as gens or wearing it to an AD.
None of your acquaintances trying on your watch, which is of course also a rare occurrence, will ever know.

If you happen to meet someone who has the same exact watch and wearing one, I suppose it could be problematic.
But the chance of this happening for a small production watch like this at a place other than an AP sponsored event is slim to none.

With that said, I think the game of spotting the flaw is somewhat entertaining though :p

Personally I find it satisfying when I am wearing. Rep that I know is visually indistinguishable on the wrist from a gen even when I'm by myself.

I agree with that. I'm not saying that the Diver rep suck etc.... but it's too bad when the most difficult materials are 99,99% nailed, and that they don't fix little details which are not a pain in a ass for them to do. I also totally agree on the fact that spotting the flaw is somewhat entertaining. We actually spend (a lot) of money on the rep business, and people make a lot of money thanks to people like us who are picky on little thing. So, why not fixing the little flaws which are easy to do?
Sometimes i feel that just because it's a rep and that you pay it 50 times less than a gen, you can't ask or complain about anything, you just need to be happy. I agree when it comes to movement or other materials, it is up to us to be realistic, but not on "bezel numbers size/placing etc..".

Is anyone else finding the bezel super easy to scratch?

Is the gen bezel supposed to be ceramic?

That does look good. Does the hour hand seem slightly grey? Or is it just me?

Nice, the only thing is I think the Carbon pattern on the H factory is better besides it not being as polished and glossy as this version. But in general, a decent one

Thats an underrated comment.
Guess you did not follow the AP Carbon Progress thread.
Better AR , Better Titanium Caseback with finer engraving.
Correct white lume numbers instead of yellowish lume.
More accurate sandblasted Ti buckle.
Vulcanized rubber strap instead of the Silicones strap.
Amazing V3 Forged Carbon casing... have to be seen under the sun..

Wait for a side by side review by a neutral person. = )

Can you guys give me a quick check on these pics? -- It's my first diver version and I know you all have had MANY.

I'm having trouble spotting anything so maybe that's a good thing?
