Royal Oak 37mm JF - Diamond Quality?

Looking to purchase http://puretime03.com/royal-oak-37m...ds-bezel-black-dial-on-ss-bracelet-a3120.html.. but does anyone here have any feedback or thoughts on the quality of the diamonds?

Would it be better just getting the standard?

To an untrained eye, I'm sure it looks good. Just know unless you're driving an expensive car people will probably look at it and conclude that it's fake. Generally safer to stay away from bling pieces.
