I recently needed service on a new Explorer II and a much much much older GMT Master II.
The Explorer’s second hand was getting stuck; the GMT Master was basically a mess: crown was not functioning whatsoever.
The Explorer was fixed rather quickly - just needed an adjustment.
The GMT Master needed some parts.
Katt helped me source the parts, and once they arrived, he quickly put everything together, gave the movement a once-over and even cleaned and polished it up.
Watches arrived in a few days once service was completed and they’re running like champs!
Awesome communication throughout and the cost was more than fair for all the work done.
