Is the asien 2892 the same as ETA 2892 A2? I'm thinking about swapping te date wheel from white to black. Could anyone telle me?

Yes but my question was more like if there's only 1 version of the asian 2892, the one build by seagull, the ST18, or if there are more than 1 company that build it.
