In search of the best 111h dail and new CG

Since january, I am the owner of a PAM111h from Hontwatch.
After wearing it a couple of times some things annoy me about the watch.
It's the blue-ish AR coating and the not so accurate crown guard with raised pin that I find not so pretty

For the ugly AR coating I already have something sorted out, but now I am searching for the most accurate crown guard with a flush pin. I know I can mod it myself but I am wondering if someone can supply me with just a more accurate crown guard.

When it's getting it's new AR coating I also want to install a better dail.

So what I want is:

-The most accurate 111h dail with good lume.
-The most accurate CG with flush pin

I already contacted DSN, is his 111h dail the best available?

Go for little hero, Cg is also little hero

Dial cost $300 usd and Cg is $180USD

LH- Little Hero.

Before I threw that much money into it I would make sure you have a high CP, that its polished, sapphire, and a nice crown (palp or T48) to pair with the little hero cg

Yes, it is a spring loaded crown on the T48 and you will need to mod the CG accordingly to fit your case.
It ain't that easy to do. But it is the best look and closest to Gen. you can get.

It's got a sapphire crystal, for wich I will get a new colorless AR coating.
I read on RG that I have to mod the inside of the CG lever, that shouldn't be a problem for me.

Not really close. But the Sead CGs are easier to get and cheaper. Sead also uses the DSN dials which are flawed badly (check out the 3). If you are looking for closer to GEN listen to the above post. And I trust COLDI at his word. He is wise when it comes to PAMs and 111s. I am sure he gets tired of hearing from me. :iph:

I agree $1200 is crazy. The Sead version is good. I know a good number of folks that have a $450 Sead version and are very happy. I also know some folks with the $115 version from T4D and are happy. It really just depends on how close to GEN you want.

Nothing GEN like is cheap. :iph:

ipreak is very right. Its all about what makes you happy. He is also right about the hook on the 3!

@ 911 cp is cannon pin. You need a h3 high cannon pin on it for a lumed sandwich dial to work and its close to gen. Make sure to polish the top of it.

Seads cg quit being produced. So you might have to buy one second hand. Toro is a decent option for the money. I have two. I think they are built better. They have flaws, just like the sead that I can pick up on but if you look at it and cant tell I would go with that for the price.

With regards to the LH 111 - ask, yourself this: Would you rather have 3 LH 111s or 1 gen 111?

I know what my answer would be, and it sure as hell wouldn't be the LH watch.

$1200 is crazy money for 111 rep, IMO.
