Hublot not ticking

My Hublot Big Bang Steel Ceramic has stopped working.

I was fixing an hour marker that fell off the dial. Job successful. But when I put back everything the watch wasn't working = the little circular thing that's always moving fast wasn't moving anymore. I don't know what I did or how this occured but I need help fixing it. Anyone that has any experience in this?

What could've gotten damaged in this movement if the stem was inserted wrong and rotated too hard?
