Hi guys,

I found a tutorial on this on the forum, unfortunately the pic links were dead, so not much help anymore.
I've never done this on a movement, and it's something I need to do now.

Please help!

You need a special tool for that if you want do it right. And that tool is very expensive.

If I remember, I'll post pics when I get home. I've replaced quite a few incablocs and I've had an issue about half the time. The difference between an Asian and Swiss balance staff is quite noticeable and was causing the wheel to not spin as freely as its supposed to. Whenever there was an issue, 100% of the time, it was fixed by using a genuine lower inca setting and Swiss balance wheel.

Hi Strodda, we have this machine at school so I' like to take a swing at it :)
Any more pictures demonstrating the procedure would be great!

Actually you don't need their fancy one-job-only tool. I've replaced many incabloc settings with nothing but my staking set. It has the friction jeweling attachments so I can pre-set the depth with the old setting in place and then press it out and press the new one in. It's not rocket science, but you do have to be VERY precise.
