How much do I wind the 111?

I just got my first hand wind, a PAM111. How many turns do I wind it and how often will I need to wind it?

you will feel resistance building up.....when winding it up. dont force it, a fully wound 6497 should get you about 36-40 hrs power reserve.

How long untill the 6497 mvnt lasts for till needs a service?
My 111h from DSN, doest get the full power reserve out of it anymore.
Just 18-20hrs and approx 20 full winds before the resistance is full.
Any advice what to do to restore it?
Worked fine nearly a year, till it started reducing its power reserve.

It *should* last 4-5 year before it needs a servicing. However, sounds like something is definitely wrong with your watch. I'd have it looked at - any competent watchmaker can work on the 6497, it's a very simple movement.
