Anybody has the genuine pics to compare with..??

I still have my first one, so.....

Hey Tutima! Yeah, I agree. And, this one has the wide, fat markers which is what bothered me the most about the original arktos reps. Decent date too on this model. I'm torn between unfinished projects and this new arktos . . .

There seems to be a couple of versions of the gmt out there. I found one on google that had "North Pole" on the dial, and the same engraved back of the 092 Arktos. Here's a face shot of gen:

EL Arktos

The original version had black hands. I'm wearing mine right now. Date is the best I've seen on a Pam rep. It actually has mag and is at least 6mm. For someone to tell that it's a rep they would have to be wearing the same watch as you. Mine has the smaller font N and S, but the E and W look like the gen.

Great watch. Keeping great time.

Here is the pic from the Panerai site:

As you can see, it says "North Pole" on the face. But this will be a shot of the prototype... does anyone know what the watch really looked like by the time it went into production? The description states that the face should be blue... from the photo I would guess this is a very dark blue, not the usual Panerai blue.
