Ordered my first watch with Lucy. She was excellent the whole way through even with the delays for shipping because of COVID-19. I accepted a watch at QC that she later rejected because of something I hadn’t seen and she wasn’t happy with (her eye is much better than mine!!). The watch I ended up getting is amazing. Will be ordering more watches from Lucy. Have patience because there’s a nice watch at the end for you!
