Had Domi undertake work on 2 pieces for me.
Initial Comms over email which led to Domi being worried that Brexit meant that he could undertake the work without a customs risk.
After explaining that Ireland wasn't part of the UK and that it was still part of the Single Market, but that I would be happy to accept the implied customs risk.
I sent off my watches.
Domi confirmed receipt, then added me to WhatsApp to confirm what work I wanted done.
He was very clear on checking and communication was great
There is of course a delay between watches being received and work undertaken but I think total turnaround time for my pieces was @5 and a half weeks.
Quicker than I was expecting to be honest and I am very, very happy with the quality of the work, the Comms and the speed of the turnaround.
