I am new to this forum and the community. My 1st watch I got had some issues I wanted fixed. Katt quickly replied to my inquiry with clear instructions. Once he got the watch - he identified parts to be replaced the same day. I was able to find these parts in stock on http://www.ofrei.com/ and shipped them directly to Katt. Again he quickly turned things around and shipped back the watch that is now working flawlessly. Very happy with Katt, his service and expeditiousness.
