These rules have been drawn up by your Admin/Mod team in order to try and standardize the selling of items within this section. The rules are in our opinion fair and have been drawn up with input from the general membership whom they serve.
1) [ A post count minimum of 25 genuine non post-whoring posts will be enforced for genuine watch sales. This includes watches, straps, bracelets, movements, other parts, and non-watch items. Potential buyers must use their own discretion in choosing from whom to buy.
Obviously this is a significant departure from the previously stated sales rules. We are aware that some other forums have allowed all members to sell, regardless of post count, and have been able to do so successfully. However, this does mean that [/S] buyers will need to do their own personal evaluation of sellers. Read previous reviews of sellers, or check Ebay feedback, if applicable. If you want to buy a $1000 rep off someone putting it up for sale with his first post, it's your prerogative, but be cautious. The mod/admin staff will remain available to try to assist if there is a problem with the transaction, but keep in mind that there is only so much recourse available to the staff. We can't sue members and we're not going to send someone to break their kneecaps (which we might or might not be able to do).
2) No dealers may sell in the Member Section. If you wish to be a dealer on this forum you must contact someone on the Admin team. This includes anyone who just happens to have multiples of the exact same watch lying around his/her house.
3), Non-Supporting members may list only one (1) watch per offer and one (1) watch per 30-day period. Non-VIPs may not depict more than one watch on a picture. They may, however, post multiple straps/parts, per sales thread. Supporters may have unlimited watch sales and can have multiple watches in a single thread (although please note that multiple listings per thread make it difficult for the moderators to discern whether all of the listed items in a sale have actually been sold).
4) If a registered non-VIP posts a watch and it is NUKED for any reason, or you withdraw the item, it counts as your 30-day sale/trade limit.
5) Payment: prices and all shipping and payment requirements must be posted with all items. This is not an auction forum.
Note: price must be listed, as "auctioning" the item is not permitted. Accepted forms of payment must be listed.

First and foremost, any and all forms of payment are now accepted between buyer and seller. This is due to a vast array of payment types being available worldwide as a convenience to you.
Please pay accordingly to the seller in a timely manner. Accept and trust that the seller will, in good faith, pack and ship your wares carefully for it's travel to you. Always use tracking of some type so it can be traced.
RWI, Owners, Staff, Officers or Goats shall be held harmless and neutral to any sale within the sales sections. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage (psychic, actual, special, direct, indirect and consequential) of every kind and nature, written and unwritten, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with the member to member sale section of Replica-Watch.info.We can only do so much to act as a mediator within your transaction(s). We are still monitoring for scammers and do collect information on these crooks to try and keep them out of RWI, but again, we can only do so much. Habitual offenders will be no-saled should the staff decide your selling is too much of a risk for other members.
Buyer and Seller beware, this is all on you.
Ensure that your buyer does not mention "RWI", "Replica Watch", "replica-watch.info" or any other wording that includes the word "Replica" if you are accepting payment with Paypal.

6) Sales tags: all items for sale MUST have pictures (not links to pictures) of the actual item (not gen pics). At least one tag (but not all) must contain the following information:
**Member's name
**Current date to demonstrate that this was the condition of the watch at the
time that the sale was posted.
Tags may be created on a handwritten piece of paper.
Example:
Posts which do not contain appropriate tagging information, or are otherwise in violation of sales rules may be removed from the viewing area with a PM sent to the seller to provide corrections or updated pictures. When the requirements are met, the sale post will be returned to the viewing area.
7) Location of item should be indicated in the listing, for example, "ships from EU", or "Item in CONUS". This is to minimize the number of questions and PM's people post in order to discern location for customs reasons.
8) Sellers may not self-edit sales posts. If updates or corrections need to be made, simply make an additional post to your sales thread, or contact a moderator or admin to make changes. This includes price changes, changes in offer, imminently pending sales, and completed sales.Once a sale is complete, please PM a mod or admin to mark the sales thread as such. Also, if you have purchased an item and have sent payment, please also post this in the thread (as there have been rare cases of items having been fraudulently sold to multiple buyers.
It is NEVER permissible to delete the contents of a sales listing, including after sale is completed. Deleting or moving images from your picture service account that causes them to be unable to be viewed will constitute an infraction as well. Sales are automatically pruned by the forum software after a certain period of time (usually 2-3 months). After the sale has deleted by the forum, sellers may delete the accompanying photos. Amended: sellers are required to host their sales photos for 3 months. (yllekp 25/2/17)
9) Sales of approximately $750 USD or more are limited to VIP members ONLY and will require Staff approval prior to posting.
10) Sales are only allowed in the sales section. No advertising or selling outside of the sales section.
11) Under no circumstances should you entertain the idea of filing a PayPal dispute or credit card chargeback. This is the quickest way to find yourself banned from this forum and indeed you will become a pariah within the Rep community at large. This is a last resort after every avenue has been explored, including getting the staff involved.. Unless you have express permission from a member of Staff DO NOT DO IT.
12) Failure to comply with the above (at minimum) could result in having your thread removed. We will do our best to give you an opportunity to fix your sale with a timed deadline . Please remember that it is a privilege to sell here, not a right. We can nuke your sale if we, “The Staff”, are not comfortable with your transaction. Laziness or intent to defraud will not be tolerated. Our ultimate responsibility is to the safety of the members of RWI.
NOTE: refusal to adhere to the sales rules subjects the member to consideration for placement in No-sales group for a minimum of thirty days. Recurrent disregard for the sales rules subjects the member to consideration of permanent banning from the forum.
Please note: All sales are to be made using the RWI Sales Form and it is not available on TapaTalk, please make your sales posts from a computer and not a smart phone. All sales posted not using the Sales Form will be removed.

All sales will be standardized to try to alleviate the risk. We hope that the membership will support our endeavors to enforce the rules fairly and across the board in order to make the sales section a fair playing field.
The purpose of theMember Replica Sales section is to give members an opportunity to buy and sell watches which otherwise not be getting wrist time. It is not for the resale of new watches, nor is it intended to be for members to sell for profit.
This does not mean that a member cannot sell a new watch. We all have purchased a watch that we thought we would like but turns out to be unsuitable in some way. However, members are not expected to sell multiple new watches without permission from staff. We do not want back door dealers here. It is not permitted on any other web forum (replica and non replica) and it will not be permitted here.
