The gen's certainly are.
Unfortunately the rep vanguards are awful.. somehow I am actually happy about it. AP got ruined with all the reps and lost it's edge. FM Vanguard is still one of those affordable rarities.
Not knocking the rep's don't get me wrong but AP's are like Swatch/G-Shock around here. A vanguard or Richard Mille will still stand out.

15000/- USD for a FC FM Vanguard Chrono. And a couple grands less for non Chrono. The basic steel Vanguard is 7500/- smaller size 41-42 mm.
Affordable, may be. Need a decent rep, certainly.
Here as is in the part of town I live in, the places I visit.
I agree that a nice rep would come in handy but if they already plan on repping it they should rep the gravity with a real tourbi in my opinion.

I casually visited the AD here in Dubai. I fell in love size 41. Larger watches don't appeal to me. And the 41 happen to sit on my skinny wrist perfectly.
I decided to hit the TDs and find this one.
Failed. Didn't find it any one.
So i decided to sleep over it. And I slept for months.
And last week I happen. To pass by franck muller and went in to try the watch again.
I ended up taking it out with me.

Congrats!! Looks great! May I know what's your wrist size. I have a skinny wrist as well so just trying to see if it would fit me well.

My wrist size is 6.75 inches. I don't go beyond 39mm.
Aquanaut, 15202 and 15450 RG leather strap are my few reps.
But this one curved well on my wrist and although on 41mm it hugs very well.
Reps of 41mm are available but at the TD they were too huge to my standards.
