I bought a watch for first time from Lucy. My opinions:
Watch is perfect. Clean, perfect package. Superb job. Her QC often mentioned to other buyers is really what all vendor should do. Awesome.
Big lack in communication skill, maybe people with my culture (i am italian) loves to create a relationship with people during the transaction. She wasn't honestly poor, replying me email after more then 20 days.
However. I will buy again from Lucy for sure, but a suggestion to people who have fear to be scammed. She is person that replies you quickly during dealing phase, but at transaction done she maybe focus her time on potential customer. This is painful but not remove the value of vendor. You just to be prepared to this.
However: Buy from her. When you wear the watch you'll forget all the rest
