Hi, this is my first post on RWI as well but just wanted to let everyone know how my first purchase with JTime went.
So I was interested in a Cartier Santos de Cartier 40mm SS 3KF 1:1 Best Edition White Dial Yellow Gold Bezel on SS Bracelet.
JTime didn't have it listed on their site but they had a Rose Gold one listed so I emailed Jtime directly asking if they can source one.
5/5/2022: Emailed JTime about the Cartier.
5/6/2022: Li responded that he can get one.
Since Li said he was able to get the Cartier, I figured why not also asked about getting an Omega - Aqua Terra 150M 38mm RG/SS White JHF A2836 Mod 8500 even though he didn't have anything similar on the site.
5/6/2022: Asked Li about finding the Omega AT.
5/7/2022: Li said it was possible and gave me a price.
5/7/2022: Told Li I would take both and an Omega watch box and papers since this was going to be a gift.
5/8/2022: Li gave me the payment breakdown.
5/8/2022: Told Li I would do an international bank wire so he gave me a 5% discount.
5/8/2022: Li gave me his info for the bank wire.
5/9/2022: Issued the bank wire via my Chase App. The processing fee was $40 which was basically the 5% discount, haha.
5/9/2022: Li confirmed payment and asked for my shipping details. He said Lana would send me the QC in 7 - 10 days.
5/13/2022: QC for the Cartier Santos came.
5/14/2022: Approved the Cartier QC.
Then nothing...
They did say 7 - 10 days so I waited.
Based off all the positive reviews from everyone here I stayed positive.
5/19/2022: After 10 days from when Li said I would get the QC, I emailed Lana and Li about the QC for Omega Aqua Terra.
5/19/2022: Li told me the factory handling the JH Omega was unavailable since they factory was slow on production. Li offered me a refund or I can look into getting a different watch.
5/20/2022: I asked about the Aqua Terra 150M Master Chronometers VSF 1:1 Best Edition Deep Blue Dial Silver Hand on SS Bracelet.
5/20/2022: Li confirmed it was in his own stock so they could process it quickly.
5/20/2022: Asked Li to send me the QC.
5/21/2022: Li asked me to pay the difference via PayPal FF.
5/22/2022: Made payment via PayPal with an $8 processing fee.
5/23/2022: Received QC from Lana.
5/23/2022: I liked what I saw in the QC pics but I asked for a lume pic of the watch and a pic of the watch head on while laying flat on a table.
5/24/2022: I got the new pics from Lana and approved the QC of the Omega.
5/24/2022: Lana confirmed my shipping address details and let me know that they will need 3 - 5 days for their shipping agent to process the order and provide the tracking number.
So far so good. I know based on everyone's reviews, I'm in good hands.
