The watch came in the mail yesterday in great condition. QC for my order arrived about 8 days after I placed the order with Jtime. Li was very helpful and always replied to any of my questions. The person who provided me the QC was Lana, and they were very helpful. I asked Lana if they could make a 2 minute video of the chronograph running, and they quickly sent me a video within a day. Because of this, I can say confidently that Jtime provides some of the best customer service. Yes they are more expensive than other dealers, but I believe that the price is worth it as the service was really good.
