Had a dud of a watch I bought used (Omega Aqua Terra). Immediately I noticed how loud the rotor was and that the hour hand didn't align to the hour when the minute hand was at :00.
Katt was able to align the hands, grease the movement for a very reasonable price.
While that may seem like easy work to some, I wanted to throw the watch out before I sent it to Katt. Now I can't stop wearing it.
