Having heard excellent reports of Lucy's QC process I ordered a v7f IWC Mark XIII in late July.
I was expecting the process to take a little longer than some larger TDs but was in no rush and much prefer the extra attention given to the QC process. I received the watch yesterday and am very happy with watch received.
The watch has no dust, nicely aligned markers and is even well regulated (not necessarily the case from other watches I've received in the past).
I have just placed my second order and would highly recommend Lucy.
