Today I have something totally unique for sale, a custom Casio Oak in the following spec.
GEN Casio GA2100 base with the following improvements:
- Sapphire crytsal and gasket with AR coating
- Custom Casio Oak black ceramic casing, bezel, with rose gold links
- Custom Royal Oak-inspired dial with 3D logo and rose gold hour markers
- Custom REAL crocodile & goat leather strap, made by hand by local artisan (friend)
- Custom AP-inspired rose gold hands
- Rose gold buckle
- Black pushers to match the color of the ceramic case
The watch no longer looks or feels like a Casio, but it does have all the brand new original parts and they will be provided as well.
The price breakdown so far looks like this:
- GEN GA2100 ($95) from local retail site
- Custom ceramic case ($62 from Taobao)
- Custom AP-style dial ($65 from Taobao)
- Black pushers with springs ($10 from Taobao)
- Sapphire crystal & gasket ($15 from Taobao)
- Custom real matte croc & goat skin strap ($150 from local artisan friend)
- Work & upgrades: $50 done by local watchsmith
Total invested roughly is $447 (full parts & cost documentation will be provided to the buyer)

It’s spectacular watch, but unfortunately too large for my wrist, this is why I’ve decided to sell it.
