    How did you
How did you get on with your DSSD QC. Did you decide to accept the watch or opt for a replacement?

Decided to go with your advice and have finally ordered the YM 116622 rohdium from @sead1999. Thanks for the guidance on this one, seems to be so many differing opinions on which movement is the best in this watch but after a week of reading and deliberating I have finally pulled the trigger on the 2836 and gone with your trusted opinion
    Thanks

I didn't accept the one in the pic... I know it would bother me when it's a pretty obvious flaw. I do know that none is perfect but I've seen so much better ones so I want to see another. When you Enlarge the pic you can really see it.

So I'm getting new pics within few days and if they are good I'll accept. Otherwise the one in the pic looked really good to me.

That is what I was messaging you about actually, I had another look and I had misunderstood what you were referring to and thought you meant the bezel alignment at 6 but the stick marker at 6 is way off like you say. I compared to my own DSSD and mine is perfectly aligned unlike the picture of yours in QC. You have done absolutely the right thing as I wouldn't have accepted that either and apologies I inadvertently advised you badly but looks like you have it under control anyway

As I understand it both of those watches will be the latest version however one looks to have the A2836 movement and the other a clone A2836 movement. If anyone with more knowledge than myself can chime in please do but I believe this to be the difference

Thanks mate, RD is really helpful and knowledgeable so great to have some "go to guys" for advice which I will now add your good self to that list if ok with you. You are probably better placed than me to help @giggsy with his question he just posted on this thread
    Thanks again

All this DSSD talk made me take mine out for some show off time, sadly I never give it any wrist time

I have the V7 and could not be happier, I was very fortunate and was able to have my TD select one with great alignment of the E and K. The movement is quiet and keeps great time.

His point is that Intime's version is v7 and could be available around 370 where as Toro's is different and could be available around 255 USD.

    Now too confused

Is the DSSD DBlue face only blue on the top half?

So shall we go for Toros 298 USD version ?
Is it comparable to V7... the black, not the d-blue

I thought they finally got the blue colour correct on the V7, but after looking at many pictures on here it appears to be the same navy blue as on previous models...

    What about this one? http://ts-watches.co/19370-ro19370-...edition_3b537836013df82dd51e6aa3eef82664.html

SuperOcean7, the link you gave doesn't seem to give an option for the ETA movement. Is the one I linked the same, and is it the best version available for this model? Looking to pull the trigger soon
