Diet tracking -- how do you guys cope?

I used MyFitnessPal in the beginning but after a while I sort of got in the habit of tracking my meals without an app. I only eat twice a day so it's not too hard. Around 1000 cals for breakfast and 2000 cals for dinner.

I have been eating healthy and doing sports for a long time. I started leading a healthier lifestyle when it became clear that it was time to lose weight. I started going to the gym regularly, taking vitamins , eating healthy food and drinking a lot of water. When I have achieved a good result, I allow myself to eat some fast food from time to time. I think it's normal if it happens rarely
