It is one of the most COMMON visual errors on PANERAI REPs in general. The Cannon pin is the bit that holds the MINUTE hand, and on reps the part is too short and so it doesn't flush with the hand and you can spot it at about a good 3 metres once you know about it . . .
( Want someone to know you are wearing a rep without even close scrutiny, then walk around with a recessed cannon ... )
