The watch is beautiful but has the following problems. PM'd David and still awaiting his reply.

1. The watch is D.O.A. and won't run at all.

2. I wound the watch maybe around 15 twists and it would not wind any further. My old 111 with the Swiss Unitas movement have around 40 to 50 twists for a full wound.

3. The crown guard appears to be of the old design with the tip of the CG lever sitting high up from the case.

4. The CG lever is so tight that it hurt my finger nail when I tried to pry open the lever for winding.

Here are a couple of pics I took earlier:

sure davidsen will look into it

That's tough Tutima - feel for you.

Davidsen is a great dealer - he's looked after an issue I had with my 201A, no questions asked. I'm sure he'll see you right  - until then, patience mate (I know that's tough)

Yeah, Davidsen is AOK, he took care of a mjor problem that I had with a 195 I bought from him.

No hassle dealer, did me justice, and I would buy from him again, without hesitation.

THe CG levers are indeed crazy tight. Just file it a little bit with a small file. I have one of those small leatherman tool thingies. It comes with a small finger file. A few strokes is all its needed to make it not so tight.

I like mine tight  My 201's CG loosened a bit with use.. also, the ulta-loose levers are a dead giveaway; I read a story on RWG about some dude who was wearing his PAM and a woman flicked open the lever with her long fingernail and said, "nice fake..."

Er... How did we go from "crazy tight" to "ultra loose" in one post? :D

Thanks, guys

David already replied to my PM and I guess I will ship the watch back to him for a replacement.

The waiting is killing me though.

My Lever is crazy tight too. I literaly broke my fingernail on it this am. A week ago, I took it to a watch guy to fix because It stopped winding and he was able to fix the tight crown lever. Now the lever is tight again... maybe there is something going on internally with the movement. I do notice that I cannot push the crown all of the way in by hand, only by closing the grown lever.
