DAMN FRIDAY !!!

Ok here you go....today in the morning ..I feel so fresh and motivated to go to work ..so I strap on my 202a for the first time to office...the day went very smooth till after lunch ...i sat behind my desk looking at my com ..and want to start doing my work...

but as usuall ..as a panerai fan..and wearing the most beloved watch in my collection to work ..is something bizarre..and i must look at it before do any work...i look at it ...and i see some dust on the glass so i wipe it gently with my finger ..then suddenly i realized...what the heckk..how one earth can this happening ...


I thought this case is one solid case..not two pieces or something..and its not an arktos or subs model..but its marina...you know what happen to it while I rubbing the smoothness of the pvd case... the bezel is moving smoothly without having anysound.....yes.s.its rotating like the wheelll ..what the shit is this ...what has happen here..I just say one word..straight away ...F ! @#!#@$#..and after that ..my mood is really bad..and i cant concentrate to much to my work anymore.. here is what i mean >>>



I bought this from davidsen and not even bang or scratch on the pvd or the glass...can anyone TELL ME WHATS GOING on here ..I FEEL like i dont want to buy any good watch anymore.....the damn bezel is rotating like hell..im very frustrating righ t now ...i need answer and becoz of this happen to me....i stayed at home and really not in the mood to go out tonite ...

I've bought all the crappy pam before this ..no problem with the case...not even the movement....only small thing like the crown has gap with the case..but nothing like this ...the bezel or wat ever they called it ..is rotating like the wheel of fortune( it is the most expensive watch i've ever bought) ...and this is what happen to the most expensive pam case with the pvd coating ....

I hope i can see some light ..otherwise..i donno what to say anymore ...i need to cool down now ..need some sleep.

Moggy, I'm sure if you notify Davidsen of your problems, he'll resolve them.

You may wish to take it out and epoxied yourself... that part supposed not to be removable though...

Ok, no offence, but first I think you need a life. Throw the watch in the river and go enjoy life? You stayed home on a Friday night because a silly watch bezel started rotating? What are you going to do when something REAL important happens? Set your nuts on fire?

Contact Davidsen or better yet, set an appointment with one of the forum's watchmakers who will have your watch fixed in no time.

I hate to be you the day your PVD gets scratched or nicked..which it will.

Damn moggio, its only a watch. A nice watch at that. do as others have said and contact davidsen or one of the guys that do repairs on the board. It will be ok, get off the ledge.

i'm going through the same process right now with my first purchase, so don't feel to bad,i don't even have another watch to wear, i would send it back and before you know it, it will return all fixed.

Thanks for the iew and suggestion..I dont care about scratches by the way...well I think if anything bizzare happen..I will throw it in the river or ...smash it into pieces..and put up a series of picture of it ..for your entertainment..lol ..

When my fiddy glass broke I set my nuts ablaze and it didn't help at all. In fact, it hurt and I wasted a Corona extinguishing the fire.

Don't sweat it Moggio. Just send it to a board watch-smith when it is convenient. I understand you are upset after paying so much (I have been there recently), but it is so easily fixable that is not worth getting upset over it. It is just a hiccup on the hilly road of rep collecting.

If you are concern about customs in OZ, just take the movement out and send the case. It will take you a full 2 minutes to accomplish this if you have the proper case opener and a small screw driver.

2 bottles of wine down and i still miss my watch even though i had it in my hands less than 24 hours but look at it this way, the first time i had sex was awkward and way too fast the 2nd time i was still fumbleing around like a rookie in the fourth quarter but the 3rd time it was sheer pleasure, foreplay, sex, foreplay, sex and more sex, uhhhhhhhh there are more important things in life :lol:
