Just wondering.... 2010 was a great year for the rep hobby and business , no doubt, but is there a rep that is worhy of the title "Rep of the year"?. I´d love to hear from the experts here...Thanks!

I would have to say tag heuer 500 m aquaracer
it's a very nice alround sports divers watch has presence but not in your face making wearing one in public believable plus after a few attempts the version now available is almost 1:1

I agree the aquaracer 500m is so close they just need to sort out that orange colour to get the sec hand and calibre 5 font the same I need to order one soon the list keeps on getting bigger.
Also the new pams that came out just before xmas are very close especially the 288k and 177l

288k was the game-changer of the year I think. it almost came out of nowhere.
all of a sudden... BAM! here's the closest 1:1 panerai rep ever, hands down, and
actually worthy almost of being called 1:1. if they would have put a 7753 in it, it
could have probably been called 1:1. superlume from the factory, correct AR, they
really listened.
the V5 Hublot factory was basically a big let down. they made a nice ceramic all
black bracelet, but their watches are not what we were expecting. the V1 factory
on the other hand... they just cut their prices by more than half for a very comparable
lite version of several of their watches, so good on them.
the 111j and the 177l are both very nice, actually incredible for the cost.
the ploprof made a pretty big splash when it landed, and the newest po a bit too.

Sooo....a list to select Rep of the year in 2010, would include at least two or three PAMs, one Hublot, one or two Breitling, one Rollie, one Omega, one Graham, one IWC, one Cartier. Does that sound about right? We are ready for a poll....
