It's a fake. No such TV station here in Germany to my knowledge. Also the number plate is a fake, VFL does not exist but it is a soccer club

Look at the picture: You can see the bike and the car have been edited.

The bottom line is that you should not rely on technology. And _that_ is quite clever, IMHO
