CONUS SH3135 main spring repair

I have a watch that stopped winding, and took it to a local watch repair place. They told me they don’t have access to this type of movement but they identified that the main spring is broken. Any recommendations either in Florida or general USA where I can get this repaired?

I would just get a replacement clone movement. VR3135 & VS3135 are widely available from eBay and Ali.

Interesting idea. How difficult would that be for me to replace myself? I have some tools and can follow directions well (tutorials), but don't know if I have tools specific to replacing the movement.

Never touched internally, so I wouldn't know. Most likely you can find DIY videos on YouTube.
