They're probably based on the same principle as the famous Cartier's Mysterious Clock, the hands/tourbillon are fixed on a piece of crystal so it seems they're not attached to anything.

LOL! I think it's time to visit the AD to check these watches out and give them a few vigorous shakes and slaps just to make sure if the mysterious pieces are well secured there.
