Cartier chronoscaph

I saw on Ebay this Cartier chronoscaph

Imho and my short knowledge, every black dialed chronoscaph comes with black date weel and white numbers.
The price of this one? More than $3000 for a used Chronoscaph???
This seems to me as a rep. I know this one because a friend have one. It comes with ETA movement like the original, but made in thailand.
I ask the guy and sais Im wrong.
What do you think guys?

I'd ask him to open the watch and take a pic of the inside at a specific angle holding a paper with a specific code (To verify the movement at least). But then again he may just have a backup genuine watch, and be sending you a replica.
